Membership fees cover services listed in each plan. Procedures, hospitalizations, medications, and services from outside laboratories may incur separate charges billed to you or your insurer. Before elective procedures, we provide good-faith estimates when requested through the patient billing team via the contact form.
We accept most major insurance plans as secondary coverage. If you are uninsured or between jobs, our financial counselors can discuss sliding-scale options for qualifying patients based on household income documentation you submit securely through the portal.
Organizations with fifty or more eligible employees can customize AceTech onsite clinics, flu shot campaigns, and mental health days. Group contracts include aggregate reporting on utilization and quality metrics while protecting individual privacy.
Monthly memberships may be cancelled with thirty days’ notice through the contact form. Annual prepay plans are refundable on a prorated basis minus any services already rendered at standard fee schedules.
