Terms & Services

Last updated: March 1, 2026

These Terms and Services (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at acetechmm.com and related online services operated by AceTech Medical (“AceTech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the website, submitting forms, enrolling in membership programs, or using patient portal features linked from the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

1. Nature of website content

Information on this website—including articles, provider biographies, pricing summaries, and educational materials—is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with questions regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on this website.

In a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately. Online forms and messaging tools are not designed for emergency communication and may not be monitored continuously.

2. No physician-patient relationship

Use of this website alone does not create a physician-patient or clinician-patient relationship between you and AceTech or any individual provider. A treatment relationship is established only after appropriate intake, identity verification, consent, and clinical acceptance according to our internal policies and applicable law.

Provider listings describe general qualifications and areas of practice. Availability, scope of services, and acceptance of new patients may change without notice. We reserve the right to decline or terminate care when clinically appropriate, when policies are violated, or when safety concerns arise.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least eighteen years of age to submit forms on this website on your own behalf, or you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. When creating a patient portal account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed.

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us promptly through the contact form if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that appear compromised or that violate these Terms.

4. Appointments and telehealth

Appointment requests submitted through the website are not confirmed until you receive explicit confirmation from our scheduling team. Confirmation may include date, time, location or telehealth link, preparation instructions, and cancellation policies.

Telehealth services require compatible devices, internet connectivity, and a private environment. You agree not to record sessions without prior written consent where recording is restricted by law or policy. You understand that technical failures may interrupt visits and that alternative arrangements may be necessary.

Late cancellations and missed appointments may result in fees according to the plan or notice period disclosed at booking. Repeated no-shows may limit future online scheduling privileges.

5. Membership and pricing programs

Membership tiers described on the Pricing Plan page summarize included services. Detailed plan documents provided at enrollment supersede summary marketing text in case of conflict. Fees are billed according to the billing cycle you select. Taxes may apply where required by law.

Services not included in your plan are billed separately. Third-party laboratories, imaging centers, hospitals, and specialists may bill you directly. Insurance coverage, if any, is between you and your insurer; we assist with claims when contracted to do so but do not guarantee reimbursement.

We may modify plan features or pricing for future renewal periods with advance notice. You may cancel subject to the cancellation terms in your enrollment agreement.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website or related systems. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

We may investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement when required. Violations may result in termination of access and other remedies available at law.

7. Intellectual property

The website design, logos, text, graphics, photographs, videos, software, and compilation thereof are owned by AceTech or licensed to us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The AceTech Medical name and logo may not be used without prior written consent except as permitted by applicable fair use principles.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from site software except as permitted by law.

8. User submissions

When you submit feedback, testimonials, survey responses, or other content (“Submissions”), you grant AceTech a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display Submissions for operations, quality improvement, and marketing, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable patient privacy rules. Do not submit protected health information through general marketing forms.

You represent that your Submissions are accurate to the best of your knowledge and do not infringe third-party rights. We may remove Submissions that violate these Terms or clinical advertising standards.

9. Third-party links and services

The website may link to external resources such as professional societies, payment processors, or social networks. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or availability. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

10. Disclaimers

THE WEBSITE AND ONLINE TOOLS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Clinical outcomes vary among patients. Past performance metrics or testimonials do not guarantee similar results.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ACETECH AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE (EXCLUDING LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW FOR CLINICAL NEGLIGENCE WHERE A PROVIDER-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP EXISTS) SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR WEBSITE-RELATED MEMBERSHIP FEES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AceTech and its personnel from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the website, or infringement of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AceTech Medical is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction as specified in your enrollment agreement or, if none applies, through courts located in that jurisdiction. You waive any objection to venue in such forums to the extent permitted by law.

Before filing formal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by submitting a written description of the dispute through our contact form.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when revisions are posted. Material changes may be highlighted on the website or communicated through the patient portal. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires a different consent process.

15. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any signed care or membership agreements, constitute the entire agreement regarding website use unless otherwise stated in writing.

16. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be submitted through the Contact Us form on this website. Please select “Other” or “Patient Support” as appropriate and include sufficient detail for us to respond.
